Sasha is a seasoned business strategy and operations leader, advisor, healthcare provider, and coach focused on growth, value, impact, M&A, commercialization, optimization, and transformation for start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and individuals. She has supported the successful development and launch for 100+ products and services, as well as multiple business M&A integrations, in the healthcare / life science / wellness / financial sectors as a CEO, clinician, consultant and industry exec.
She was recently the CEO for SmartAnalyst, an Ashfield Advisory Company of UDG Healthcare (now iNIZIO - CD&R acquisition), leading a global team of 165 FTE life science consultants in the US, UK, & India, providing clinical & commercial strategy, insights and data analytics, to optimize the pipeline and portfolio value for pharma and biotech clients. Here she refined and deployed the business strategy and vision, managed a robust double-digit P&L, provided seamless leadership transition during the height of Covid, recognized quick-turn operational efficiencies, realized aggressive revenue and profit growth targets, built a roadmap to scale the business and leverage digital technology, performed due diligence and M&A assessments, stewarded a smooth integration and transition to CD&R, and drove team performance to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction excellence.
Prior, she was a Managing Director in EY’s Health Sciences & Wellness NY practice focused on commercial strategy, innovation, value optimization and transformation. She was EVP & Head of the US and EU for GfK / Bridgehead, a global Commercial & Market Access Consultancy in NY, San Francisco and London. She worked in Commercial Affairs at Janssen-Cilag Germany, was Chief Clinical & Operations Director of Grand Central Physical Medicine Practice in NY, and practiced both as a healthcare consultant and independent healthcare provider in the private and public sector in the US, Canada and England.
Sasha has spoken at international events regarding healthcare strategy, leadership, embracing change, building teams, growing businesses, pharmaceutical pricing, contracting & access issues for global audiences of 500+, as well as published multiple articles, abstracts and posters for industry and academia. Sasha holds an MBA (Finance / Entrepreneurship) from HEC Paris and London Business School, Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science in BioPsychology / Neurophysiology from the University of British Columbia.

Senior healthcare executive with 25+ years of experience at academic medical centers, private practices, and startups. Built and developed teams to optimize performance, execute on strategies, and maximize revenues.
Kim has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked predominantly in academic medical centers but also has experience with private practice and early-stage startups. Her expertise includes the development of strategic plans, operational execution, building physician networks and strategic alliances, ambulatory growth and expansion, and innovative approaches to improve the patient experience.
As COO in a healthcare startup, she led efforts to set, develop, and drive organizational vision, operational strategy, and execution with actionable goals. Her leadership created the foundation that brought the organization to a launch ready state.
As CSO at Yale Medicine (part of Yale University), she was responsible for organizational vision and long-term goal setting to advance operational and financial objectives. She led efforts to grow the physician network through acquisitions and partnerships, as well as efforts to expand the practices ambulatory presence. Her team led telehealth planning efforts which allowed for an expedited shift of care delivery to video visits during Covid. She worked with faculty to develop new clinical programs to support new and innovative approaches to healthcare. She also led a team of business analysts and contracting specialists to support financial due diligence for expansion efforts. At NYU Langone, Kim was responsible for physician network development, ambulatory planning, and business planning.
Earlier in her career, Kim led technology development and implementation efforts at the Brigham and Women’s Physician Organization and at IDX Systems Corporation in Boston. She completed her bachelor’s degree in business at the University of Vermont and her master’s in administrative studies at Boston College.
